POST: PART TIME SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR (Malton Based Project)
The following information is to assist staff joining Impact to understand and appreciate the work content of the part they are to play in the whole organisation. However, the following point should be noted:

PRIME OBJECTIVES OF THE POST
• To manage and oversee all requested day-to-day business related communication, administration and customer service activities ensuring each aspect is delivered to the highest standard
• To be highly motivated and work flexibly to also support appropriate managers in communication and administration while carrying out your normal duties
• To work within the guidelines, policies, procedures and statutory requirements of Impact
• To assist individuals with complex needs with general housing related support
