Good tenants receive rewards while living at Impact
To qualify for rewards you must:
Attend support visits
Have no rental or service charge arrears.
Have no warnings for breach of house rules.
Pay your utility bills
After three months of being a good tenant* you will qualify for our award scheme. You will continue to receive rewards each month as long as you remain a good tenant.
