Feel Safe at Impact Living

The Impact Living experience places an emphasis on people’s safety and their feeling of wellbeing. The grounds are enclosed by a perimeter fence and are monitored by a number of CCTV security cameras. All access points are secure by design, with an access control system which will be monitored 24 hours a day to ensure no unauthorised entries or doors left open accidentally.

There will also be a ’round the clock’ on site security presence and ambient lighting around the site. Secure off street parking and bicycle storage* are also provided, once again monitored by CCTV.

Impact Living Support:

Impact Living supports its residents, offering regular access to support workers. Impact’s support workers visit residents to help develop a personal action plan to focus their personal ambitions and help stimulate their enterprising and academic abilities. Residents will be encouraged to take part in social activities to help foster a sense of community.

Residents also have the option to  create a health action plan, put them in contact with the relevant health professionals and if required run health sessions eg. smoking cessation or healthy eating.

Unique Features

The blend of friendly, dynamic and committed staff, working in conjunction with the unique facilities of a coffee bar, breakfast club and gym facility, as well as a widerange of social activities all create a sense of community within our accommodation.

We encourage everyone within impact Living to make an effort to get involved and build on our already strong community spirit.

Impact Living Homes

At Impact each new tenant has the opportunity to live independently in a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment, or share with a friend or family member, depending on his or her circumstances, and live in a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment.

Impacts apartments are are fully furnished and designd to be used as first homes and contains everything you would need when just starting out. they are double-glazed, central heated and fitted with the latest power shower and bath.

We try and make the move to your new home as easy and stress free as possiblle.
